  • Which country customer do you sale?
    We just accept West Malaysia customer.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We just accept Debit Card and Bank in system.
  • When will my order be deliver?
    All orders will only placed on 15th, 30th and 31st of the month. It'll be deliver to you within 1 month.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    It’ll usually takes 1 month as we use J&T Express, and it need to depending on customs in your area.
  • Is pick-up available?
    Yes, pick-up is only available on : 1) Multipurpose Hall Taman Eng Ann, Klang, Selangor: Jalan Serindit 9, Kawasan 17, 41150 Klang, Selangor 2) INTI Subang College
  • How quick do you respond to emails & Facebook's messenger?

  • Did you offer refunds or exchange?
    We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on items. Please choose carefully. We DO NOT give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
  • Which logistics company are you using?
    Cool Man are using J&T Express, it will cost:
  • When will my order be place?
    Cool Man will be place the order from our supplier from Malaysia, Philippine, China, Taiwan and Indonesia at 15th, 30th and 31st for each month. For those customer who place their order within 1st~14th and 16th~29th of the month, will need to wait 15 days after 15th, 30th and 31st of the month to receive their order. Cool Man's mission is not to earn profit from the customer, but let everyone enjoy the fun from basketball.
